DriftSouth: Round 4, Levels Raceway Timaru - 2020/21 Season

GD Autosport brings us Round 4 of the New Zealand DriftSouth Series held at Levels Raceway in Timaru, with former D1NZ Pro-Sport Champion Michael Thorley grabbing the victory in his C33 Laurel! Championship leader Sheldon Kneale (Nissan S13) looked strong all day but was taken out in the final battle by Thorley, who returned to the North Island to compete in Round 2 of the Valvoline D1NZ Series the following day.

In the Development Series, Peter Sarchett returned to the top step on the podium ahead of Round 2 & 3 winner Kurt Dickie.

Pro Qualifying:

1. Zac Palmer
2. Michael Thorley
3. Daniel Liemburg

Final Placings:
1st - Michael Thorley
2nd - Sheldon Kneale
3rd - Morgan Rooney

Development Series:
1st - Peter Sarchett
2nd - Kurt Dickie
3rd - Craig Stephenson
