Luke Fink Wins D1NZ Round 4 at Manfeild

Australian Pro-Drifter Luke Fink made a return to New Zealand's D1NZ Series behind the wheel of the JDM Racing S13, but head gasket dramas would see him step into the Team DSR 13b Rotary-Powered 180SX of Adam Davies.

Despite an unfamiliar car Luke would Qualify in the top three, and eventually emerge the victor for the weekend scoring the overall win for Round 4 of the Valvoline D1NZ Drifting Championship.

Driving for JDM Racing in the remaining events on the 2022 D1NZ Calendar, we had a chat with Luke about his time in competing in New Zealand, what the track was like at Manfeild, and his first taste of rotary powered drifting.
