DriftSouth: Round 5 Series Final at Christchurch - 2020/21 Season

Highlights of the DriftSouth Series grand final at Mike Pero Motorsport Park in Christchurch, shredding A-Track Version 1 (Reverse) - Daniel Liemburg grabbing the round victory with Dylan Rastrick in second, D1NZ Pro-Driver Michael Thorley finishing in 3rd.

Drift South Pro Drift Series final placings for the 2020/21 Season:

1st - Sheldon Kneale came back strong after a difficult 19/20 season and managed his goal of taking the series win. Consistent top placings including a round win ended up with Sheldon in his mighty SR powered S13 'Onevia' having a good points lead at the conclusion of the season.

2nd - Michael Thorley down from the North Island doing Drift South as well as D1NZ this year was a huge effort, and without a mechanical issue at Round 1 he would have been pushing Sheldon for the top spot. The old trusty D1 Pro-Sport winning Laurel returned from Round 2 to get the placings needed for 2nd overall.

3rd - Daniel Liemburg. The only driver to take two wins this season and managed to jump up to 3rd overall on the last day. Loves a good chase and managed multiple 'Best Chase' trophies through the season.
