Formula DRIFT Pro-Driver Jeff Jones heading to New Zealand for D1NZ 2025

American Formula Drift Pro-Driver Jeff Jones will join Australian Luke Fink at JDM Racing for #D1NZ2025

Jeff Jones, Co-Founder and CEO of HOTPIT Autofest, is a Professional Driver who has been competing in the Formula Drift PRO Championship Series since 2009. Jeff started drifting in 2002 in a Toyota Celica GTS and eventually moved on to local competitions such as Just Drift, Drift Day, Pro-Am Nationals, Drift Buffet and XDC competing in a Mazda Rx-7.

Jones currently campaigns the Evo Autoworks 370z in the United States Formula Drift Championship, and will pilot a Turbocharged LS V8 powered 180sx in D1NZ thanks to JDM Racing - it’ll be his first ever time competing in a RHD drift car.

Fink will be back behind the wheel of the JDM Racing S15 Silvia, after finishing second overall in the title race last year.
